WRC-expert Nicolás Fuchs "against everything": The Peruvian Borgward BX7DKR pilot overcame health problems and could not repeat the performance of the first day. Started on the third position, he and navigator Fernando Adrian Mussano from Argentina could finish the race as 22nd in 04:01:24 hours, just over one hour behind the leader.

"It was hard," he told after the stage. "Not because of the car. The first 70 kilometers were good, but then we felt bad because of going up and down in the dunes, like in a roller coaster and it made us nauseous, so it was difficult to concentrate. But we are back in SS03!"

The second Borgward BX7DKR of the Dutch Erik Wevers rolled yesterday downwards a high dune, but will be also back in today´s SS03.
